Andrej has almost 15 years’ experience in the composting and waste industry. He started his career off as a machine operator and has since worked his way up to his senior operation manager position here at Envar Cambridge. Andrej has operated and managed a number of green waste and IVC sites before joining Envar back in early 2021. Andrej brings a wide ranges of skills to Envar passion, knowledge and understanding, highly skilled in problem solving with a great eye for detail. Andrej also manages Envar biomass operation constantly improving performance of the processes.
