Bedford Borough Council is delighted to announce the return of the free soil improver for the public to collect from the Household Waste Recycling Centre on Barkers Lane. EnRich is available to residents at the Household Recycling Centre weekly until October 2012. EnVar is managing the Bedford Borough Green Waste Contract and producing EnRich, a soil conditioning compost at the Composting Facility in Cambridgeshire.
